Atomix Boats was set up in 2004 by Joseph Clapp and William Xu after they met in Christchurch, New Zealand. The entrepreneurial young men decided to capitalise on William’s contacts, and their vision of producing high quality motorboats at an affordable price was born.

The Atomix range of boats have been designed by world renowned kiwi yacht and power boat designer, Brett Bakewell-White and have specifically been designed with a deep vee hull to suit the rugged NZ conditions.

Atomix boats are now exported to the UK, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Australia and are in negotiations for distributorships in Italy, France and Canada.
